All I want is a pair of shoes

My mother always told me we don't have much money to buy another shoes
and I really want to have a new shoes
Everyday on my way home from school
I became friend with the boy as young as me
We run , we play with my toy cars,
We laugh as if the world is so perfect.

I saw a shoe store
and ask how much a pair will be
I grabbed the cheapest one that fits me
but its two hundred and fifty
sadly, another day
I can't still buy the shoes I really want to be

I save my allowance
I didn't but candies anymore
I didn't buy toys anymore
I just want to have a shoes that will perfectly fit me

I decide to try again
Ask the store owner if I can buy the shoes
"You still lack some" he said
"But I really need a shoes that fits me" I answered with tears in my eyes
He curiously ask why do I need one, even though I still have a nice shoes with me
I told him humbly
"I saw my friends feet full of dirt and scratches and yet he is still so happy with his life, I want to buy him a shoes, so he can be more happier with out the pain of scratches."

Suddenly
He gave me the strongest shoes he have and it perfectly fits me
And surely will perfectly fit my friend's feet. =)

Masayang Mahirap

Read my posts...

MAHIRAP = PERA pero PERA = YAMAN  at YAMAN = SAYA therefore MAHIRAP = SAYA.. masaya maging mahirap basta ieenjoy mo ito.

The Power of Mind

Mind
Last night I had weird dreams which make me think of how that dreams occur, and make me also think about our brains or mind. (What's the difference of brain and mind? *thinking*) The words : limitless, boundless and endless become synonymous to the word mind. So what does our mind  can really do?

According to Prof. Wiki mind is define by many different people, institutions, traditions etc but most of them agree that : it is constituted by conscious experience and intelligent thoughts link to know more.Mind is a sphere where only one's mind can access his mind and no one will know what's inside your mind except if you tell them or interpret your acts.

Based on my experiences (w/o looking in any facts but I can consider some) human mind is powerful. Our mind is responsible for our thoughts and thinking. Our mind can build its own big world through imaginations. The feelings and emotions are generated by our mind (or heart, still debatable. maybe its the guts). We dream and it become our goal and time will come, it will succeed and will be a reality. The successes of the people are first generated by the mind. Without mind, we can't choose, we can't breath, we can't live - we are nothing. God gave us mind because He wants us to think on our own, choose on our own and decide on our own. We can weigh things - if it is the right thing to do or not. We can reason out why things happened. We can be free to do things that will make us satisfied, contented and happy.

I myself don't know yet the boundaries of my mind but in this present time I believe that it's boundless. Everyday I realize things, every minute a thought will appear in my mind and every
second my mind didn't stop working even at one moment (even when I'm asleep). Yesterday I don't know that but tomorrow maybe I can. We can work things out through thinking and applying it to the real world.

This last few weeks (and I think its a month right now) I'm thinking of someone. Someone that widen my mind and introduce new beliefs to me. Since that time I can't stop thinking of the beliefs he introduce to me and I want to decide if I will equate my old beliefs to these new beliefs or just add and adapt those beliefs. I keep thinking, and even in my dreams it bothers me. My dreams gave me ideas and help me decide when I woke up. It's true that our dreams interpret our hidden feelings, it gave us ideas how to solve our problems in our conscious world.

It also comes to my idea that God in some ways is our mind. When I'm in a hard situation I talk to my mind, I pray. When we don't know things we talk in our mind at the same time pray to God. The answers that we will think comes from our mind which is the answers that come from God. Every time I talk in my mind, Its not myself that I'm talking with but with God. Our God is limitless, endless, boundless. Time will come that we will understand everything because our Heavenly Father will help us understand.

Write What Is Right [LATA]

I'm wondering if I've got the talent in writing.. hmmm

Recently I was inspired by a "human being" to be interested in writing. Since then, I have wrote several Literary works (If that's what you call it =P) which I want to post here. Most of it are written in Filipino which I am very much comfortable using.

Lata

I
Ikaw ay pumasok sa isang malaking gusali
Maingay, Makulay, Madaming laman
Doon namili ka ng bagay na makakapagpatawid sa iyong pangangailangan
Nakita mo ako, nilapitan, pinuntahan
mura, masarap
Kaya't isa ako sa mga pinili mo at binayaran

II
Ako ay iyong binitbit
at mabilis na dinala sa iyong bahay
nilagay sa parihabang may bulaklakin na disenyo
naramdaman ko ang tigas ng kahoy na may apat na paa
at doon pinilit mo akong buksan
gamit ang mabibigat mong kamay
hawak ang matulis na bagay
pagkatapos ng ilang ikot

Have you heard about "WRIT OF KALIKASAN"???

er

Today, Ehm Ehm Wonders............

We must all be aware on how we can protect our nature.
And here in the Philippines Environmental advocates have been given a new weapon in the writ of kalikasan(nature) as the Supreme Court promulgated on Wednesday fresh reforms in the judicial system.

The high court defined the writ of kalikasan as a
"remedy available to a natural or juridical person, entity authorized by law, people’s organization, non-governmental organization, or any public interest group accredited by or registered with any government agency, on behalf of persons whose constitutional right to a balanced and healthful ecology is violated, or threatened with violation by an unlawful act or omission of a public official or employee, or private individual or entity, involving environmental damage of such magnitude as to prejudice the life, health or property of inhabitants in two or more cities or provinces."

It is a "remedial measure meant to immediately stop the alleged violation," court administrator Jose Midas Marquez said, likening it to the Supreme Court’s 2007 decision to promulgate the writ of amparo (protection) to safeguard human rights.

Based on the rules, the high court will have to rule on petitions for a writ of
kalikasan within 60 days.

Regular courts, meanwhile, can also grant a 72-hour temporary environment protection order, similar to a regular restraining order, if the case is deemed a matter of "extreme urgency" where the petitioner faces "grave injustice and irreparable injury." The court may convert the order to either a permanent one or extend the status until the environmental protection or rehabilitation is fully complied with.

The new rules are not stacked in favor of complainants; they also provide a recourse for defendants called strategic lawsuits against public participation.

Magsaysay awardee for the environment Antonio Oposa Jr., the lawyer responsible for the high court’s decision ordering the government to clean up Manila Bay, said: "Ordinary citizens like us are now empowered to take legal action where our political leaders will not."

Chief Justice Reynato S. Puno first announced the writ of
kalikasan to the media last January. He then said he wanted to finalize the rules of procedure as soon as possible. Puno will retire on May 17.

as a simple citizen of the Philippines... as this new implementation about protecting our environment
takes place.... we must contribute and cooperate...
If we see someone or a group of people who are abusing the nature and you know that what they are doing are wrong... WE CAN ACT...... help save our Earth!!!.... don't keep silent... shout and protect our nature....

When to say it's HARD?

Today, Ehm Ehm Wonders............

 When to say it's HARD?

Everything in the world encounter hard times, problems and difficulties.
Are you the kind of person who will say that "It's really HARD!,I can't make it". when you know you can ?
In this time of your life always remember that you are not alone, your not the first one who felt and say that this problems are hard and they overcome this then you must too!. Don't solve your problems alone "No man is an Island", you have your friends that will support you, family that will help you and solve the problem together.

Every problem has an answer.. all you have to do is solve it.. think and you shall have the answer. =)
Never loose Hope, because that's the only thing you can have when you have Nothing.
There's always a tomorrow, tomorrow that will help us start a new one.
Never say Hard instead smile and say to your self that "I can do it!".=D
There's no place for Hard Times.....It's all Wonderful!
Keep Going!
GO!,Go!,GO!

Why do I felt that this Blog is a sermon?....hhhmmmm

The Philippine Elections making a History

Thanks to "Reporter's Notebook(GMA7)" for the topic idea

The Philippines made so much histories on election and to know everything about it...Read Further.

According to WikiThe Philippines elects on national level a head of state (the President) and a legislature. The president is elected for a six-year term by the people. The vice-president is elected at the same time on a separate ballot. The Philippines elects on a local level governors, vice governors, board members, mayors up to the barangay officials and the Sangguniang Kabataan or youth council members which is mandated in the current Constitution of the Philippines and the Local Government Code of 1991.

The First election was held on September 16, 1935.
Senate president Manuel Luis Quezon became the first president against revolutionary president Emilio Aguinaldo.

On November 11, 1941
Manuel Luis Quezon won his second term via landslide and Sergio Osmeña as his Vice President. Due to World War II, from 1942 to 1945 Quezon and Osmeña did not serve their terms instead Japanese sponsored Republic appointed Jose P. Laurel as the President in 1943. Due to this incident from the year 1943-1945 the Philippines have two President --Manuel L. Quezon and Jose P. Laurel.

On November 10, 1953
Incumbent President Elpidio Quirino lost from Ramon Magsaysay (former defense secretary). This is the first time in the Philippine Electoral history that the President did not came from the Senate.

The Election on November 12, 1957 also made a history
Carlos P. Garcia(Nacionalista Party) became the President of the Philippines and Diosdado Macapagal(Liberal Party) as the Vice President. This is the first time that the elected President and Vice President came from different parties.

On April 7, 1978 a Parliamentary election was held.

Snap election for President and Vice President

Tolentino were proclaimed winners by the Batasang Pambansa as well as the official election canvasser, the Commission on Elections (COMELEC).The electoral exercise was marred by alleged poll fraud from both sides of the political fence as well as violenceThe opposition headed by Sen. Benigno Aquino, Jr.widow Corazon C. Aquino and former senator Salvador Laurelrefused to accept the allegedly fraudulent resultDue to the reports of fraud, the Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) issued a statement condemning the elections, the United States Senate passed a resolution stating the same. These tumultuous chain of events led to the resignation of Marcos' Defence Minister Juan Ponce Enrile and military vice-chief Fidel Ramos leading to the EDSA Revolutionwhich overthrew the Marcos regime.

other Election Facts:

In elections held between 1986 and 2001, over 750 people lost their lives in poll-related violence, and in the last elections in 2004, 250 election-related violent incidents saw almost 200 people lose their lives and a further 280 wounded.

The Next Philippine President

Today, Ehm Ehm Wonders............

Since election is coming this May 10 ,2010  (Philippines)... Im just wondering on how to choose the next deserving person to lead the country in success. Even thou ehm-ehm is not a voter yet she's interested on what is happening in her country -THE PHILIPPINES.

In present, we can say that Philippines is not a good standing country based on their economy. Majority of the Filipinos (people in the Philippines) don't have enough food for a day, have a low quality of education, don't have enough health programs, don't have proper shelter, improper garbage disposal, not enough law implementation, unprepared for the natural disaster and the worst of all CORRUPTION is everywhere. According to Asia Pacific investment destination survey, Philippines is the 4rth most corrupt  (well that's bad)

Philippines deserves to have a great leader, everybody does. We have so many natural resources that needs to be cared and develop. The population of the country is big enough to work for the progress of the country......If we can only be united for one goal, we can be successful..

Ehm ehm wants her countrymen to answer this questions, I don't want to gave some opinions yet since I don't have enough experience,I am just interested and concern,, It will be better if the answer will came from those who can vote and really have the concern for the country.
So the question voters.......

  • What is the problem of our country?, why we don't improve and majority remains to poverty?.
  • What are the qualities that the next president must have.?
  • Who can change and lead the Philippines to success?
  • Who's your next president?
We have all the right to say our opinions, and it is a responsibility as a Filipino to think and know everything about the next president of the Philippines.(the comment box is open for your opinions)
Our future depends ob us
We our the one who is responsible for it
don't waste your vote
Happy thinking!!...
